By accessing or using ad4r.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
General Provisions
These Terms form a binding agreement between ad4r.com (“ad4r”, “we”, “us”) and any person who accesses or uses the Service (the “Visitor”, “you”). The Service and all rights in it remain the property of ad4r.com. We may amend these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available at this URL, and your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service
ad4r.com is a free online classifieds platform that lets registered users post and browse listings, contact other users through a relayed messaging system, and manage their own ads. Posting and browsing are free of charge. ad4r.com is a venue only — we do not facilitate payment, escrow, shipping, or any other part of a transaction between Visitors. Any sale, purchase, or other arrangement is solely between the Visitors involved.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or post ads.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or close inactive accounts after an extended period.
Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you must not:
- Threaten, defame, abuse, harass, stalk, or otherwise violate the legal rights of any person.
- Collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes.
- Post or upload pornographic or sexually explicit material, or any content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.
- Post non-local or otherwise irrelevant content, or repeatedly post the same or substantially similar content.
- Post the same item or service in more than one category or in more than one location.
- Post content that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent.
- Offer firearms, explosives, ammunition, stolen goods, or any other items prohibited by law.
- Offer forex schemes, pharmaceuticals or pills, recreational drugs, astrology or fortune-telling services, “SSD” or other chemical solutions, gambling, casino or lottery services, fake or forged documents, healing or miracle-cure services, or any material related to the foregoing.
- Publish, post, upload, distribute, or transmit any content that is inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, vulgar, obscene, libelous, indecent, harmful, threatening, abusive, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any applicable law.
- Use the Service through a VPN, proxy, anonymizer, or any other tool intended to hide your real identity or location. IP addresses detected using such tools may be blacklisted.
- Post in any language other than English. Ads in other languages will be removed.
Our Rights
ad4r.com does not pre-moderate every submission, but we reserve the right (and not the obligation) to review any material on the Service and to remove, edit, or refuse to post any content at our sole discretion. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we judge it necessary to protect the Service or other users. We may also impose limits on the number of ads a Visitor may post, the maximum time an ad will be retained, and other reasonable usage limits.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose any information we hold about a Visitor if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ad4r.com, its users, or the public.
Third-Party Content and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements (including ads served through the Google AdSense program), and merchant pages. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Any dealings you have with a third party found through the Service are solely between you and that third party.
Privacy
How we collect and use information about Visitors, including in connection with cookies and third-party advertising, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Liability Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ad4r.com disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, quality, title, fitness for a particular purpose, and merchantability. ad4r.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including any loss arising from a transaction between you and another Visitor.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ad4r.com, its operators, and its service providers from and against any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure to perform under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fires, floods, strikes, terrorism, work stoppages, equipment breakdowns, government action, or internet or website downtime.
Dispute Resolution
The parties will use good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through direct negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court of the jurisdiction in which ad4r.com is established, under the laws of that jurisdiction, without giving effect to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
ad4r.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account and to refuse or restrict access to any part of the Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including the Liability Disclaimer, Indemnity, and Dispute Resolution clauses — will survive.
