How do I post an ad?
You need to Sign Up before you can post an ad. After you create your account and log in, you can publish ads from your account area. Top of page
How do I edit my ad?
You can edit your ad by logging in to your account and going to the Account page. From there, select which ad you want to change and click 'Edit'. Top of page
Do links in Ad description have SEO value?
No. Links in Ad description don't have SEO value. All links in Ad description are transformed to text.
How do I delete my ad?
You can delete your ad by logging in to your account and going to the Account page. From there, select which ad you want to remove and click 'Delete'. Top of page
How do I add or remove pictures?
You can add or remove pictures by logging in to your account and going to the Account page. From there, select the ad you want to change and click 'Edit'. Scroll down to the Images field where you can add new pictures or remove existing ones. Top of page
Do I need an account?
Yes. You need an account to post ads, edit your ads, or respond to other ads. To create an account, click Sign Up. Top of page
What should I complete in Account Settings before posting?
Before posting, make sure your email address is verified and your account profile is filled in, especially your first name. You can manage your profile, contacts, and privacy options from Account Settings. Some posting actions may redirect you there until the required account details are complete. Top of page
Why is my ad not showing yet?
New ads may take a little time to appear. Please make sure you completed all required fields and confirmed your email address if asked. If your ad still does not appear later, please contact us. Top of page
Can I repost or duplicate the same ad?
Please avoid posting the same ad many times in the same category or location. Duplicate ads may be removed. If you need to change details, edit your existing ad instead. Top of page
What language and location rules apply to public ads?
Please post ads in English only. Ads should be posted only for the country you are actually in, and the category and location should match the item or service being offered. Ads in the wrong language, country, or location may be removed. Top of page
Why was my access limited when using a VPN or proxy?
To reduce abuse and scam activity, posting access may be limited when our system detects VPN, proxy, or similar traffic that hides a real connection. If this happens, please disconnect those tools and try again from your normal connection. Top of page
Can I put my phone number, email, or website inside the ad text?
No. Contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, and messenger handles should not be added to the ad title or description. Keep the ad text clean and use the contact options and public phone settings in your account instead. Top of page
Why can't I edit or delete my ad right now?
If your ad or its images are still being processed, some actions can be temporarily unavailable. Please wait until processing finishes, then try editing or deleting the ad again. If the problem continues much later, please contact us. Top of page
How do I respond to an ad?
You need an account to respond to ads. It is free. Then you can type your name, email address and message, and click the 'Send Message' button. Our system will send your message to the author of the ad. Top of page
How do I receive messages?
If someone responds to your ad through the 'Respond to ad' link, our system will send the message to your email address. Also you can view responds in your account. Top of page
How can I stay safe when replying to ads?
Use caution when sharing personal or payment details. Meet in safe public places when possible and take time to verify the offer before sending money or sensitive information. Top of page
How do I register?
To register an account, click the Sign Up button and follow the instructions on the page. Top of page

To change your email, please log in and go to the Account page. Next, locate the 'Settings' section and click 'Edit your info'. On the next page, simply erase your email address and type the new one. To change your password, please log in and go to the Account page. Next, locate the 'Your Information' section and click 'Edit your info'. On the next page create a new one. Click 'Save' button. How do I verify my email address?
To verify your email address, you must be logged in to your account. Go to the Account page and click 'Send verification email now.' This will send you the verification email. In that email, follow the web address that we provided. You may be required to create a password. Top of page

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, log in to your account and go to the Account page. Click Settings. From there, click 'Delete account'. You will be required to enter your password to complete the process. All of your ads and other information will be deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone. Top of page
I no longer have my confirmation email.
Go to our Lost Password page and enter your email address. We will send you an email to help you create a password. You can then log in anytime to post, edit or delete your ads. Top of page

What are Bulk Ads tools?
Bulk Ads tools help you create, update, and manage many ads faster. They are useful if you have a larger number of listings and want to work with templates instead of editing one ad at a time. Top of page
Where can I get a bulk upload template?
After you log in, go to your account's Bulk Ads area and download the template provided there. Use that file format when preparing your ads for upload. Top of page
How do I check bulk upload results?
After a bulk upload, review the report shown in your Bulk Ads area. It will help you see which rows were accepted and which rows need changes before you upload again. Top of page
Can I bulk update or manage existing ads?
Yes. If you already have ads in your account, you can use the Bulk Ads update and manage tools to prepare changes for many listings more quickly. Top of page
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification helps us confirm that your account and ads are connected to a real email address. Some actions may stay limited until your email address has been verified. Top of page
How do I enable extra account security?
You can open your account Security settings to turn on extra protection such as two-factor authentication. This helps protect your account even if someone knows your password. Top of page
What if I cannot access my two-factor code?
